She truly represents her company—trustworthy, accessible, and passionate about her work. That kind of dedication is invaluable when caring for the elderly and their essential needs.

We used Seniors for three months for my husband while he was recovering from a hospital stay. We had a couple of instances of an aide not showing up and some arriving late, but for the most part everything worked fine, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs. Sarah and Evan, whom we met first, were very professional and all of the aides were kind and caring. It was a little difficult at first having several different aides throughout the week, but we got used to that. This is a hard and demanding profession and definitely not suited for everyone. These ladies deserve our thanks.

I had financial issues with the company. The first issue they tried to charge me mileage for the caregivers.(Said it was in my contract and it wasn’t) Mileage is paid by company not the clients.( I was credited for mileage) they charged me for hours worked by the caregiver when the caregiver did not work , she had quit and moved. (thank goodness I keep great records, I was given credit for 3 days).

Seniors Choosing to Live at Home has been the perfect answer for my mother! We had to quickly make a shift from a respite stay at a local facility to home, and they accommodated us on the spot. We continued to use their services and realized that this is what is working best for my mother. We've had a couple of instances where my father was hospitalized, and we needed extended hours for my mother. With no questions asked, the schedulers were right on top of things and helped my sister and I out immensely. Once my father returns home, the caregivers have watched out for both of my parents. I can't say enough about the help we have received from this company! The communication is great! Some care givers go above and beyond and I can never thank them enough! Thank you to Seniors for caring for my mother (and sometimes my father)!

I contacted Seniors Choosing to Live at Home asking if they could get a 24 hour care schedule for my mom as soon as possible. I was absolutely amazed that they were able to get it in place by the next day! I was trying to get her into a Rehab facility and it took about 10 days to get that in place and it was check day by day. I had to made daily calls to Seniors Choosing to Live at Home to keep adding a day or two. They were able to work with me and keep coverage for her at all times. I don't know what I would have done without them during this difficult time. Mom was very happy with the staff that came. Besides attending to her needs many of the staff also changed her bed, did laundry, cleaned her refrigerator out, etc. Thanks again to everyone who helped me from beginning to end at Seniors Choosing to Live at Home!
