Moving my father to an assisted living facility was a big step and one that, as an only child, you want to get right. Friends had told me about Senior Point ALF, and after visiting and speaking with them I decided to move my father there. I could not have made a better choice. Senior Point hits all the marks you would expect from such a facility- cleanliness, safety procedures, food, activities, but the staff there goes well beyond that. The constant love and caring they provided to my father from the moment he arrived to the day of his passing some time after made his days there very happy ones and gave me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you Senior Point!!<br><br>No puedo decir suficientes buenas cosas de Senior Point. Desde que mi papa llego lo trataron como familia. Ademas de todas las cosas que uno anticipa - lugar limpio, buena comida, actividades, etc., los empleados cumplen con estos requisitos con amor. Papi estaba muy contento y siempre se sintió acompañado y querido. Aunque yo lo visitaba con frecuencia, siempre me iba confiando que estaría bien cuidado. Gracias Senior Point!!

“Our experience with this ALF has been excellent. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and reassured. The facility is always clean, organized, and has a warm, family-like environment. The caregivers are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. Communication with management has always been professional and clear. My family feels safe, comfortable, and happy here, which gives our family great peace of mind. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.”

Rating: 1/5 Stars, They deserve 0 stars.<br>​I cannot recommend this facility based on the eight months my father spent here. We experienced consistent issues with medication mismanagement, which is a significant safety concern. I eventually had to obtain a formal doctor’s order just to ensure he was provided with an adequate amount of water daily.<br>​Communication was a massive hurdle; despite my father having dementia and being unable to speak Spanish, the staff spoke exclusively Spanish. Although I requested a bilingual caregiver multiple times to ensure he could communicate his needs, this was never provided. After seeing repeated actions that disregarded standard care regulations, I chose to remove my father from the facility for his own safety. Please do your due diligence before placing a loved one here.<br>To add insult to injury, when the new facility called to get information about my father, they attempted to sabotage my fathers move by bad mouthing me to the new facility. They are luck I didn't pursue legal action. If they consider a daughter trying to protect her father hard to deal with, then so be it! Id avoid this place.

My mother resided at Senior Point ALF for the past year until her recent passing. When I started my search for an ALF a year ago I looked at a dozen different facilities. Senior Point really stood out to me. The management and staff have been fantastic to work with. You can see that the staff really took great care of their residents. Very clean, great variety of meals, safe and a very friendly staff. It's hard to put your trust in others to take good care of your loved ones. I knew she was in great hands here. I would visit her randomly each week depending on my schedule. Never did I see any drop-off in care. I would highly recommend Senior Point ALF to anyone.

Garbage. 17 DEFICIENCIES were found were rules and laws were broken against license holder ALEX ARTEAGA by an investigation filed with the Florida Agency for healthcare administration for physical abuse and neglect against my mother from October 2025. They have never acknowledged accountability or responsibility regarding these incidences, but yet have stuck their tail between their legs in dead silence. Shameful and disgraceful.
