Overall, from a service provider prospective, they are excellent. My “helper,” Nyah is wonderful in so many ways. She has always treated me with empathy, respect, and care. She goes above and beyond to assist me in my recovery; no task/assignment is too big for her. She’s a perfectionist at heart, and I swear she was born with extraordinary empathy. From an administrative perspective, the daily staff has worked diligently to understand and then meet my needs - especially Joy who has a kind and understanding approach. The AI features and the after-hours staff have some kinks to resolve, which explains the 4-star rating. To the extent possible, the transition from daily staff to after-hours staff should be seamless to the customer.

From my first inquiry to matching my mom and sister with a helper, the process was so smooth. Anastasia was matched as their helper and she is a complete joy. Dealing with Alzheimer’s is difficult but Anastasia is so gentle, patient and caring. She’s always on time and does anything they ask of her, and completes every task beautifully. She spends so much time and takes such great care of my sister’s personal needs, and often just sits and talks with her. With Alzheimer’s patients, that is so important! What a blessing she’s been! Thank you Senior Helpers. You’ve taken a lot of stress off of my shoulders by taking such great care of my mom and sister.

Senior Helpers was exactly what we needed during our dad’s final days. They were professional, caring, responsive and always appropriate. The initial interview, needs assessment, and scheduling were flawless. They provided good care to both dad and our family members. Nia Ruiz has been an answer to a prayer and such a blessing to our family. She is professional, punctual, and treats my sister like her own mother. She anticipates what the client needs and is knowledgable in all areas of home health care. Nia is smart, polite , and her positive attitude shines in everything she does to make each day special for her clients. She is dedicated to her clients and goes above and beyond to help them. Today Nia braided my sister’s hair and tied little ribbons on the ends to match her shirt. Her attention to detail and kindness are endless. I highly recommend Nia and Senior Helpers for your home health care needs. They are an amazing gift to your loved ones care.

Senior Helpers has been an absolute blessing for our family! Diane does a phenomenal job coordinating care for my grandmother. She is always available to discuss any changes in my grandmother's care needs and ensures that they are implemented immediately. I'm confident that all Senior Helpers caregivers are amazing, but Carol, Melanie, Angela and Kayla regularly assist my grandmother and they always go above & beyond. These ladies are patient, kind, and are truly invested in making sure my grandmother is taken care of. Best part - she loves them as much as they love her
