I was constantly drawn to look at places here, after a week of looking the last place I saw I fell in love in july 2025. Quiet, activities, close to many places to visit.

Beautiful homes and community! We put a down payment on our dream home. By the time we got home, our buyer backed out. We lost our dream home. 😥 I just wanted to point out that the property manager Melissa was so kind, knowledgeable and patient. I hope we get another opportunity to live in Inlet Oaks.

Very nice place for a busy retirement. Lots of activities and parties, bingo, aerobics, card games, and Wii games. Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach, Pawley's Island and Georgetown all have great restaurants and places to go, and Brookgreen Gardens is just up the road. Many retirees use this as their vacation home, while others live here full-time.

Great place to live near Marsh Walk and beach. You can hear a pin drop so quiet. Many club house functions and a beautiful pool. People are great and very friendly . I will be here a long time .

Very nice age qualified residency park. Well kept with nice homes and a pool that is also well kept ! ..although there were a few noisy young (and possibly drunk) people right at the front entrance club house porch rocking chairs on a Saturday night around 11pm until around 12Am on 9/14/19 ..man and woman...the woman (a heavy set blonde and she had a golf cart parked out front) was loud and swearing a whole lot. Seemed inconsiderate and rude to me that someone would behave that way at an "age qualified " location.
