My wife scheduled a meeting to look at one of the properties at this location. We were purchasing for my mother, no respect for people’s time. We had an appointment For 9:30 AM they showed up almost 30 minutes late. Mind you we had to get our kids out the house and I had to get my 80-year-old mother to drive from North Myrtle Beach to meet us at our house so we can make the trip down to look at the homes. Extremely unprofessional and basically smirked in our face when we notified them of our appointment, they were completely clueless. not to mention the lot rent is ridiculous. We’re just gonna purchase our own property and put her out there. I definitely wouldn’t wanna deal with a company like this whatsoever.
