My wife scheduled a meeting to look at one of the properties at this location. We were purchasing for my mother, no respect for people’s time. We had an appointment For 9:30 AM they showed up almost 30 minutes late. Mind you we had to get our kids out the house and I had to get my 80-year-old mother to drive from North Myrtle Beach to meet us at our house so we can make the trip down to look at the homes. Extremely unprofessional and basically smirked in our face when we notified them of our appointment, they were completely clueless. not to mention the lot rent is ridiculous. We’re just gonna purchase our own property and put her out there. I definitely wouldn’t wanna deal with a company like this whatsoever.

My wife and I moved here 4 yrs ago. We moved here because it was affordable for two people retired and living on a fixed income. The rules are crazy even to use the clubhouse for my 70 birthday. Who has the money to front that. I could see if we left it a mess. Then we would be responsible to pay. The land rent is almost untouchable now , for those of us living on a fixed income. I feel we should be grandfathered in and pay what we did when we moved here and felt it affordable. This should be the golden years of our lives, now we are overwhelmed with stress on how we are going to make ends meet on SS. ☹️

The on-site management is terrible. Why would a company hire someone that was fired from their last job, with the county, due to hitting a customer? I have had my Modular’s on the market since Nov 2024 and due to their strict move in rules and very high lot rent, $830.00 monthly for it. Guess they have to pay for that new clubhouse. I would stay away from this one!!!
