Senior care is by far the best company to help families care for the elderly! They are knowledgable, resourceful and friendly! If there is an issue, they will resolve it! I have worked with them for the past 3 years and they always make sure the needs of Rich and Linda are met! Melanie and Lisa are respectful and always treat them with dignity and feel like an extension to our family! Being a caregiver (dementia and alzheimers) is by far one of the most difficult tasks I have ever faced, if I cannot find an answer, or resource to an issue, these ladies do! I highly recommend them! I thank God everyday for Melanie and Lisa!

Carol J Hershey obtains a captive client base from the courts, She neglected the care of my mother and did not return her for test and cardiologist appointment, she never got mom to a urologist and did not report back to the court my mother being hospitalized for a fracture I had to get mom there via 911, her employee Berkenstock cancelled moms doctor ordered physical therapy, and they are rude and dominating with a cash goal in my opinion. Hershey made up billings by saying she needs to supervise you taking thousands from my vulnerable mother. I would never use this business.

Senior Care of PA is an outstanding company that provides exceptional services. Recently, my family had to make decisions in regards to the care of my grandfather. Carol Hershey and her staff were available immediately and their professional and compassionate communication put my family at ease while providing the care options and information we were looking for. Senior Care of PA is an amazing organization! Carol Hershey, Sue Brown and their knowledgeable staff genuinely care about their clients and their client's families. Caring for an older adult can be extremely stressful but Senior Care PA helps to alleviate that stress with their vast knowledge and endless resources. They are extremely accessible and always there when you need them. They treat every individual with dignity and respect! I will continue to recommend Senior Care of PA to anyone that needs assistance with a loved one.

I have had the pleasure of using Senior Care of PA to help with both of my parents. When my mom was terminally sick she was very scared. Carol Hershey came for a home visit and got my mom all the services she needed to make her comfortable and put her at ease. My family was relieved and so grateful when these services were provided by Senior Care of PA. When my dad got sick, my siblings and my dad, had no doubt in their minds but to call Senior Care of PA. Carol and her staff did not disappoint. They once again were there in our time of need with the utmost professionalism and prompt services. I always recommend them to friends and family. I can't thank you enough.
