A family member recently spent 6 weeks there. We could not have been happier with the facility specifically its cleanliness and friendly staff. If the need were to arise again, we would definitely head back to Senior Care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Senior Care Health and Rehabilitation. My grandfather stayed there after a fall and illness, and the care he received truly exceeded our expectations. When he arrived, he had very little strength and struggled with his independence. Thanks to the incredible team, he left stronger, more confident, and able to do so much more on his own. Every single person we encountered—from management to the nurses and physical therapists—was professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in his recovery. They treated him with dignity, patience, and kindness every step of the way, and kept our family informed and reassured throughout the process. It made such a difference knowing he was in good hands. We are beyond grateful for the dedication and support they showed him. I would highly recommend Senior Care Health and Rehabilitation to anyone in need of quality, compassionate care.

Senior Care Health & Rehabilitation Center of Wichita Falls provided exceptional care for my mother during her stay, and our family could not be more grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by their entire team. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel welcomed, respected, and truly cared for. They took the time to learn about her needs and treated her with patience, kindness, and dignity every single day. The nursing staff and therapists were outstanding. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions or provide updates on her progress. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her recovery and comfort. The rehabilitation team worked closely with her and encouraged her every step of the way, which made a tremendous difference in both her physical improvement and her overall morale. What stood out most was the genuine compassion of the entire staff. Whether it was the nurses, therapists, aides, or administrative team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my mother was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I would advise that you never take your loved one to this facility! My mom was not taken care of at all! She was always dirty and her roomed smelled awful like it had not been cleaned! I called the social worker and never got a phone call back. Very unprofessional! I can not even give them one star!
