It’s an unfortunate reason that I came to find this amazing company! My 91 year old grandmother with dementia has an incident in her care facility and I was forced to provide 24/7 care for her until we were able to move her to a better suited Dementia care unit. I would stay with my grandmother from 6 am till 6pm, then Jackie with care team would show up to relieve me. She was a joy to have and to get to know. I will forever be grateful for the immediate help they were able to provide me in my time of need. I highly recommend this team of amazing caregivers!

First impression, when walking into their door, was WOW! I was greeted with a smile, handshake and nice eye contact, which is somewhat hard to find these days! Their customer service carried throughout my appointment. I never felt rushed as we talked. I now know… this is the place to be.

The Care Team.... not a single day has gone by that my elderly mama has not called me to say, “Thank you for The Care Team! I just love them!”. Where do I begin.... I live 6 hours south from my mom and I need hands and feet to be with her as she transitions into aging.It has been heartbreaking to watch her struggle. This is why I can say, it brings tears to my eyes when I think of how they have not only met the needs of my mom, but gone beyond to put life back into her life. The staff is professional, organized, kind, compassionate, patient and respectful. The cost is reasonable and service invaluable. I highly recommend The Care Team!

They made and are making my recovery from 2 and 1/2 hip surgeries very tolerable .And has taken the pressure off my wife Natalie so she can function as wife and continue her employment without stress and discomfort. Would highly recommend the team to all would need to know.
