The care my parents received while both were on Elara Caring services were both excellent and professional. The Nursys and therapist were always informative and called me with any problems. I am a nurse myself, and I felt very reassured that my parents were receiving the best care. I am thankful that they saw us through and helped us transition to Hospice with loving Care.

My Grandma has Elara Caring at home with Skilled Nursing! She absolutely loves the help in the home to keep her from the hospital. Grandma is 85 now there isn't anyone else she would want! The compassion they show to her is simply the best, as a C.N.A. I am blown away at the Care she gets! Thank you Elara!!

The Patient Care is excellent 💯. I have multiple loved ones receiving care from the Skilled Home Health Services! The nurses have always called us back even after-hours for IV administration medication!! The Bridgeport Office is a top notch team that deserves 5 GOLD STARS! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is the worst home health agency. If you call the office they don’t even know that you are a patient. They don’t come to see you as scheduled. They have an automated system that calls and asks you health questions instead of a visit. Poor service!!
