This place is a real safe haven. I trust this staff with the care of both of my parent and they’ve gone above and beyond to meet their needs. Especially when he was diagnosed either dementia the admin worked steadily and were kind to him. And the facility is over the top as well. My parents have stayed at other assisted facilities but this one is clean and pristine and newly remodeled. I wouldn’t trust anyone but country side of withcita with their care.

This place should be shut down by the state. Can’t keep staff, can’t keep admin. Their staff is a joke. Most residents have dementia and staff isn’t trained enough to handle them on bad days. Residents constantly have UTI’s and aren’t changed regularly. Save your money. Get home health. Or find a different facility.

Where do I begin.. This facility is a joke. VERY outdated equipment. Nursing staff and caregivers that are hired weekly. People serving meds that have no certification. If you want your loved one to be left soiled and gross then this is your spot. Be aware that if your loved one has Alzheimer’s and dementia, and a wanderers that you will not be watched over. Multiple people have been seen outside wandering with the disease. Also the base cost is around 2500 a month. Your family gets 8 dollars worth of food daily and they don’t source the ingredients to maintain a menu. Feel free to be in touch. Dont hurt you or anyone by placing then in a non-care facility.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this community!!<br>The Caregivers are amazing, from the day shift to the night shift. You can see the love poor unto the residents!! Teamwork all the way around with the caregivers and Troy and Allyssonn are the best.
