We have been satisfied with the administration, nurses, CNA’s, house keeping, laundry, kitchen, and activity director. The staff have been absolutely amazing. When you walk in the door someone on staff always says hello. It is amazing to watch the interaction with the residents. You walk down the hallways and the staff are always taking care of residents. I have never seen the nurses or CNA’s gather up talking among themselves. The activities director is amazing. They have activities in the morning and again in the afternoon. They encourage all residents to participate (not mandatory). Our sister has dementia so it is hard for her to participate in many of the organized activities but they always try to include her. She loves music so they play music for her that makes her happy. Our sister has been at this care facility for two years and it doesn’t matter which day or what time she is always dressed and clean. She doesn’t like to sit in her room so they always sit her in the lobby. Sometimes she just wants to hang out at the nurses station or follow them down the hallways. It doesn’t matter to the staff they make it work for the residents to make them as happy as they can within reason. I visit two-three times a week but never inform the staff of my arrival. Again the staff and residents are always so pleasant. We would just like to thank the administrator, administration (social worker, finance, etc), nurses, CNA’s, housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, and activities director for showing so much care to our sister. You are truly amazing!

I’m very impressed with the quality of care provided by the facility. Nursing and CNA staffing have always been adequate, physicians round multiple times weekly. Patients are treating in place to avoid unnecessary hospitalization which usually contributes to patients functional decline. Will recommend this facility to my loved ones any day.
