White Orchid Adult Home has been an absolute blessing for our family. Carmen and her family take incredible care of my mom, who has Alzheimer’s. She is always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The home is beautiful and truly feels like a real home, not a facility. The love and compassion they show each resident is obvious. I am so thankful my mom is here—highly recommend!

Carmen and her husband Daniel are one-of-a-kind! Carmen cared for my mom for a month before she passed away and her care was a HUGE improvement from the hospital, nursing home and hospice house. Carmen's kindness and generosity cannot be overstated. After she conducted her intake interview at the hospice house, Carmen traveled back to cut and style my mom's hair so that my mom would look beautiful for the wedding we held at the hospice house. Living out of state, Carmen facilitated phone calls, doted on my mom, made her smile and have fun in her last days. Carmen also made sure I was able to say final goodbyes. We highly recommend White Orchid! Thank you Carmen and Daniel!

We have been with Senior Care Avon Lake White Orchid for a little over a year. Our mother is very well taken care of! She is healthier and doing better now that she is here. Carmen and her staff do an amazing job, with individualized care and attention to my mother’s personal needs. Wouldn’t have her anywhere else, thank you White Orchid!

I placed my mom at White Orchid for the last few years of her life when her needs had gone beyond what our family could provide. The staff at White Orchid treated her like family. My mom felt safe there and was impeccably cared for. Mom always loved to eat so the great home cooked meals at White Orchid gave her joy in those final years. She also loved flowers and I enjoyed sitting outdoors with her in their lovely garden. I am grateful that I found White Orchid Adult Care in Avon Lake and highly recommend it.

White Orchid Adult Care is a wonderful place for your loved one. I could not have asked for better care for my mother. Not only did she receive all the support she needed but she became part of the Ivan family. Loving care, home cooked meals, and kindness made White Orchid the only place I would recommend for your family member. I miss my mom so much, but I am comforted with the fact that she received the best care ever from Carmen and her family.
