We found Delrose's agency Secure Hands Solutions after a careful search and interview process with other agencies. Delrose brings in a wide range of professional expertise (nursing, geriatrics, mental health) and personal experience (caregiving for a loved one) to the agency's work. She takes her time getting to know the client and their family or support system, and she likes to check in monthly to see how things are going. She is caring and compassionate especially when helping us get started with caregiving support. Delrose and her team are highly organized, accessible, responsive, culturally sensitive, open to feedback and requests, and easy to work with.
