My mother has been a resident at this facility for several months. I have been pleased with the care she receives from the staff there. I especially want to recognize Jose Monjaraz. On several occasions I have witnessed his interactions with residents and am so impressed with the way he treats individuals, including my mother. He is consistently sincere and genuine in his kind patient interactions.

My father is a resident of Seasons. While I helped my mother with his transition to memory care, I do live out of state but visit every couple of months. Every time I come to visit my dad I am extremely grateful for the care at Seasons and the much needed relief it provides my Mom who was his primary caregiver at home. My dad’s transition probably went as as well as as it could go, and within just a few short months, he feels that Seasons is his home and often doesn’t want to leave anymore on daytime outings like lunch because he is comfortable there. The caregiver to resident ratio is higher than other comparable places, which I truly feel lends to more personalized care. The caregivers that take care of my Dad are like angels, especially Felicia, Day, and Tish who I had the pleasure of meeting during several of my visits. Lydia and Martelli, who are in management do a fantastic job at guiding the staff day to day in a constant changing environment. I appreciate Lydia’s ability to be objective about your loved one’s care and tell you what you need to hear sometimes, not just what you want to hear. Susan, who we initially met is in “marketing and sales”, but her involvement didn’t stop after my Dad became a resident. She continued to stay involved and engaged during my Dad’s transition, and remains a strong advocate and support for our family. Mona, the owner, is always just a phone call or text away if you need to elevate anything to her level. No place is perfect, and unfortunately with this disease there will be ups and downs. But I can tell you that even in challenging times, Mona and Seasons has never given up on my Dad or meeting our family’s needs. That passion and commitment means something very special to me, and gives me peace in knowing my Dad is right where he should be.

After struggling to navigate the process on my own to find place for my husband, I was fortunate to be connected with Mona Talukdar, the owner of Seasons. She met me with great compassion and sincerely committed to helping us. Unlike larger corporations, Mona is directly engaged with the day to day operations of her facilities and the care of her residents. She personally and promptly will respond to, and resolves any questions or concerns.<br>My husband has been a resident at Seasons for 5 months now. A heartfelt thanks to the maintenance staff, Jose, for helping my daughter and to get his room ready and personalized in record time, so that it would feel comfortable and closest to “home”. He is so kind and frequently checks on my husband, while always addressing any maintenance or even other needs we have.<br>The caregiver staff are friendly, attentive, and perform an extremely difficult, and sometimes thankless job with patience, kindness, and compassion. Even when navigating chaotic situations, the staff do not showcase frustration and remain poised and calm. I visit my husband nearly every day and the level of care and attention that I witness him receiving is consistent and meets my standards of his care. My husband calls everyone at Seasons his friend and I can see he feels both safe and secure there.<br>The activities director and staff strongly encourage residents participation in daily fun activities. My husband in particular loves music and socializing. At nights my husband is tucked in with the care and love that I wish I could give him nightly. If there are any medical concerns with my husband, I am notified ASAP without delay.<br>My sincere complements to the chef Jessie and his team. You really taste the love and passion he puts into his cooking. Jessie always makes rounds asking residents if they like the food or if they would like an additional serving. He always has other options for residents if for some reason they prefer something else to eat.<br>In summary Seasons not only meets my husband’s needs but also provides to both of us the sense of belonging and affordability I was hoping for. They also have a wonderful family support group, because no one should have to go through this journey alone.

Very great place. My grandmother lived to be 100 before she passed they took real good care of her. I can careless what ppl say about this company.
