Seacrest Rehab truly made a difference for my family. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and real compassion. They took the time to explain everything, checked in often, and made sure my loved one felt safe and cared for. The place is clean, calm, and comforting, and you can tell the people who work there genuinely care. I’m grateful for the support they gave us during a tough time.

Seacrest is a beautiful facility. And not only because it’s newly renovated, but the staff is extremely caring. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. I would definitely recommend placing your love ones here.

My Mom was recently hospitalized and fractured her knee and was placed in the facility for rehab in memory care unit. We expressed our priorities upon arrival including physical therapy and the urgency of scheduling a urologist appointment. I reviewed all meds and explained that she has difficulty swallowing. The nurses repeatedly came in with full pills that were not crushed. And I requested her meds in liquid form. I had to follow up several times about her urologist appointment and even asked if they needed me to call and they assured me they would handle. I asked for 4 days and the response was lacking and full of excuses. There was limited resources overall and care was non-existent and I stayed with my Mom 12 hours a day just to make sure she had someone to help her use the bathroom and cleanup afterwards. When I called for help it took at least 20 minutes each time. I had to ask for physical therapy every day and it was never proactively done. The nurses were left managing the entire floor of patients. My Mom got out of bed and fell and it took them 25 minutes to get a nurse before they got her off the floor. The place also needed to be exterminated because there were ants crawling all over the room. While they came the next day, I was left cleaning up dead ants for days. I was not comfortable leaving my Mom there overnight alone and had to hire someone to watch her overnight. My Mom was miserable the entire time she was there and would not eat or sleep. Do not put your loved one in this facility. The care in non existent except for occasional blood sugar and pressure checks and they drop off food with no assistance for a patient that needs some help and prompting. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Do yourself a favor and tour before making a choice for your loved one. Nursing homes can be sad, but this place is really cheerful. Everything is so new and so clean. The staff (and even the other patients) always seem to be in such good spirits whenever I am visiting my Grandmother. We are happy with our decision to choose Seacrest and really appreciate everyone involved in her care.

My mother, who has dementia, has been at Seacrest for almost a year now. Prior to that, my aunt was a patient in the rehab portion of Seacrest. I can speak for my entire family when I say we have been 100 percent happy and confident in the care and services provided. Every single person we’ve encountered has been consistently friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. That steady kindness has made a very difficult situation feel easier and far less overwhelming. One of the first things my mom said when she arrived was, “The food is really good here.” We’ve visited many times during mealtimes, and she always has a wonderful meal. The staff is also very attentive to her nutritional needs and thoughtful about offering foods that support her ability to eat independently as her functions change. We are always kept informed of any updates or changes. The regular care meetings are thorough, reassuring, and give us the opportunity to ask questions and stay involved in her care. Our family is deeply grateful for the level of compassion, communication, and professionalism at Seacrest. We feel completely confident that she is in the right place.
