I would love to give a compliment to Kimell because I love how she handles her nursing staff and another compliment to your new guest services director Mila. Mila is handling the guest services role quite nicely. She is wonderful. She’s does everything and more than her job is called for. I love her, we love her! Thank you.

I am a current rehab patient at Royal Suites. My rehabilitation experience had been above satisfactory. The therapists have been helpful with my rehabilitation , respectful and have extended so much kindness. Each day my progress has been tremendous. I appreciate all the staff here, the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. I would also like to highlight the activities department, there is always something fun such as crafts, bingo, ice cream social and other assorted events to help us pass the time and socialize during our stay. The live music entertainment is always amazing, there is a wide variety for everyone. A special thank you to Ava, Deanna and Gerry for always going above and beyond for the patients. I see Royal Suites thriving even more than they are in the future, thank you to each and every staff member for making my stay so comfortable!

The staff at Royal Suites care so much and I really appreciate what they do. They keep things very clean. They have activities for patients to keep them entertained. I want to mention that Joe Bird, Teresa, Amira, Kenny, AJ, Cynthia, Cindy, and Lydia have all been so kind and really care about their job. I’m sure I’m missing some people but they’re all great :)

Just walking in the facility, nice and clean smelled clean. Greeted by front desk right away. When I got to the third floor. I was greeted by different staff members introducing themselves telling me what their position was asking me questions talking to my husband, asking him questions, Overall, being very professional. My husband was moved from One nursing home to your facility and I’m praying and hoping that it will be a better experience than I had there..
