Scottish Rite Tower

Scottish Rite Tower is an affordable senior housing community located in South Philadelphia off Broad Street, serving low-income residents ages 62 and older. The community offers 106 one-bedroom apartments designed for independent living.

The community is situated near public transportation, including SEPTA's Lombard-South Station, and is convenient to the many shops, restaurants, and services available along Broad and South streets. Scottish Rite Tower sits across the street from Scottish Rite House, a sister community.
