The facility was calm, quiet, clean, neat, and orderly. Could use some type of odor neutralizer in the lobby and hallways. Check in and out for visitors on the device at the door was smooth. Staff presence was noticed; although a greeting or acknowledgment would have been a good gesture. Overall, it seems to be a decent place.

My dad died after being there 1 week. He was very sick but his blood pressures were not monitored properly. All they have is a wrist cuff to take vitals. His were very low the night before he died but they didn't do anything about it. We found him lying in his urine soaked bed one day and he said he had been hitting the call button but no one came. There are some good care givers there but overall I wonder if he would still be here had we chosen another facility for his rehab.

I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the facility. Their staffing appears to be above adequate. The nurses are kind and very approachible. I was very pleased when I talked to the social worker . I checked the Medicare site and the facility had 4 stars. One of the best facilities I have visited. We are very pleased with the care our loved one receives!

Very clean and nice staff. They interact great with the patients. So much love shown every single time. Grandma is there for rehabilitation. So far it's ok for her. Pray that her rehabilitation goes well. They have a very nice cleaning lady who interact with the patients good. I love her positive energy to the patients. The nurse name Vicky is so good with her patients. I love her honesty and hard work shown to help my grandma get outta there. The smiles on the patients faces tell it all for me. Keep up the great work guys.
