From the very first interview, I knew there was something truly special about Schall's Haven. The warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion shown by Nic immediately gave me a sense of peace. From that moment on, I knew this was where my dad belonged, and I never had to worry that he wouldn't be cared for with love and dignity. Nic and her entire staff went above and beyond in every way. They treated my father with such respect, compassion, and genuine love, not just as a resident, but as family. Knowing he was surrounded by people who truly cared brought incredible comfort to me and our family. During my dad's final days, the care he received was nothing short of extraordinary. The kindness, patience, and love shown to him—and to our family during such a difficult time—are gifts we will never forget. Because of all of you, his transition was peaceful, dignified, and filled with compassion. Choosing Schall's Haven was one of the best decisions our family ever made. We will always be grateful to Nic and every member of the staff for the love, comfort, and exceptional care they gave my father each and every day. Our family was so excited when we found Schall’s Haven. Our father was transitioning from a nursing home, and after looking at several places that didn’t feel right, we knew the moment we stepped inside that this was the one. The facility is newly renovated and exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Most importantly, our dad loves it! His health has improved drastically, he’s eating well (he’s already gained 7 lbs!) and taking his medications regularly. He’s now able to participate in off-site activities with staff assisting and loves chatting with the staff. We are so grateful to the entire team at Schall’s Haven for giving our dad such wonderful care! Big H

I highly recommend this assisted living facility. The owner has shown incredible empathy and patience with my grandma (who can be a handful) under hospice care. She treats her like family, and her staff/ caretakers have been wonderful too—keeping my grandma comfortable and well cared for in a warm, home-like environment. Communication has been excellent, she even provided a helpful binder and made the whole stressful process much easier. Thank you for easing the stress during this heavy time. I couldn’t have picked a better place. So glad I chose here—you won’t be disappointed!

Knowing they had caring professionals available 24/7 gave our family complete peace of mind during a difficult time. The facility always felt warm, clean, welcoming, and truly like a home instead of just a care center. The caregivers went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. We especially appreciated the personalized attention, communication from staff, and the genuine kindness shown to our family throughout the entire experience.
