From the moment we walked in, everyone at the Saunders House nursing home was incredibly warm and welcoming…both the staff and the residents. My grandmother appeared calm, comfortable, and genuinely happy there, which gave our family so much peace of mind. Her room was clean, organized, and very well maintained. It’s reassuring to see her in such a caring and positive environment.

If I didn't have to give even one star, I would not have. After the receptionist greeted us, it gave a false sense of welcome. From the time the "whoever the hell she was" came to take us to the second floor, it went downhill. I won't go into details, suffice it to say, that we did NOT leave our mother there. Saunders House is not top-notch, and the only people who seem to care about the patients/residents are the ones who have absolutely NO power. Take it or leave it, anything other than 1 star is probably a gross exaggeration.

We visited the Saunders Rehabilitation facility today and were very pleased. Ella at the front desk was so welcoming and put our minds at rest with all of our questions regarding visiting hours, checkin kiosk and the rules. We look forward to meeting the medical team.

I must compliment the staff at the Saunders House. My experience and many years as an HR Director working in skilled nursing facilities and hospital, I was impressed with the CNA’s, Nurses and Social Workers. Customer service provided to my brother was exceptional. The facility was free of odors which identifies whether the residents are receiving proper personal grooming. Front desk receptionists were welcoming and assisted with enrolling me as a visitor. Kudos to all the leadership team and employees. The weekend appeared to run smoothly as the weekends can be challenging. My brother truly enjoyed his stay at the Saunders House.
