Donna, the receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Its nice when you come for a visit and greeted with such a nice smile and kindness. Everyone of the staff said hello and greeted us with a smile.

My loved one is currently receiving care here and we have had a positive experience. The facility is being updated with new paint and flooring, which is nice to see. The staff is friendly, personable, and caring. As with any rehab nursing facility, I recommend family stay involved and advocate for their loved ones. Overall, we appreciate the care and attention my father has received, and the improvements being made to the facility as that shows a commitment to creating a comfortable environment for the residence who are there.

1.A couple caregivers were very kind (especially Lawrence) but what about the night crew? Heartless and inconsiderate. 2.The bed my father was in could not be adjusted and he was in pain from a fracture less than a week prior that was not properly splinted. 3. There was no call button and he was bed bound! 4. No water was brought to him for over and hour until I asked for it. When the drink arrived it was unpalatable and tasted like mold. When dad asked about the water he was told “don’t drink the water”. The next day he was brought the same stuff again. 5. After warning them regarding his arm situation they moved him in bed without supporting his arm causing excruciating pain. Then they denied doing it though I was standing there the whole time! 6. I cant see how the other reviews can be legitimate at all! I took him out the next day, of course they were mad and called social services on me, but SHAME on them for the way they treat the elderly, (my dad is 93)

You have a nice team here certain people are super nice and care like metered Carissa Jackie Serena Lori Kelly Jessica Hernada Emile heather kayla Besty Lawrence Bryn Marie g Jennifer Janice Sheila Tatiana Egypt. Also, there’s a wonderful speech therapy Emily great girl you can’t ask for somebody better than her and I forgot some of the girls that I really think they were car specially, Carissa Merree Briana New girl, Jordan, sweet helpful are also the Nurse gurda eve She is so sweet and wonderful very pleasant very helpful and Cathe, the nurse and the lady in the front desk very nice and sweet very please

My mom was a very difficult patient and the team in the rehab was wonderful throughout her stay. Special thanks to Jessica the unit manager, Lawrence the concierge, Krystal in admissions,, Sheila her PT and Bryn OT and Carly OT. They were so helpful and professional each and every day. Thank you.
