This review is for TOBE is the dining room manager and dining staff. I met him when he brought my first meal to my room as a patient. I have never been greeted with such care and compassion with someone just bringing my meal. Serving is not beneath him every position I have seen his staff perform I have seen him performing the same duties with a smile. The food was awesome 4 Star service and dining room quality. The prices of the food for guest was very very reasonable with healthy portions. The staff was always polite, manageable, and informative, most important respectful.Thank you, TOBE for helping me keep my head held high at such a time as this.

Sante of Surprise is an incredibly welcoming and well-maintained facility. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff genuinely care about creating a clean, comfortable, welcoming and positive environment for everyone. Tobe is truly exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond for both patients and staff, and his compassion and dedication do not go unnoticed. He has a wonderful sense of humor that brings positivity to those around him, while still maintaining professionalism and genuine care. The entire staff has been kind, supportive, and always willing to answer the many questions I’ve had with patience and understanding. It’s clear that the culture at Sante of Surprise is built on compassion, respect, and teamwork. Thank you, Tobe, and the entire team, for all that you do. Your hard work and commitment make a meaningful difference every day.

First, I want to say that even though the decor is outdated in the facility, the staff is world class. From the moment my mom came into this facility, the case manager, Leanne, was attentive to our wants, needs, and wishes. From our goals to returning home, she made us feel heard and validated every step of the way. The food is also not like your typical hospital food it is actually very good. Thank you to Tobe for the great food and excellent service. I would 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab.

I’m the grandson of one of the residents who stayed here, and I tried to visit my grandfather as often as I could. Every time I came in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable, just like family. You can tell they genuinely care about the people staying here and the families who come to visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and respectful, but we especially want to thank Tobi. He treated my grandfather with so much kindness, patience, and compassion, and always made him feel welcomed, valued, and special. He also treated my entire family so warmly every time we visited, and that meant more to us than words can explain during such a difficult time. It’s rare to meet people who truly care about others the way Tobi does. Our family will always appreciate the support, positivity, and comfort he brought to my grandfather and all of us. Thank you to everyone here for everything you do.

We've used Sante for Rehab for my father n law for 5 years. We love it here. Everyone aspect is amazing here. But, there is one person that definitely stands out above everything else, Tobi. Tobi is a part of the food/restaurant crew and he is an absolute joy to be around. The compassion and love he shows everyone he sees is unmatched. Tobi is a true gem. He has the most positive attitude, humor, and true genuine caring of every person. When I eat in the diner, it never fails that he leaves a smile on everybody's faces. When I know we need to get some rehab, we won't go anywhere else and one of my first questions is, is Tobi still working here? He is the best.
