I regularly visit my grandmother, whom I affectionately call Nana Baby Cakes, at this facility, and one of the absolute highlights of our visits is seeing Blair Williams. Blair is one of the most loving, caring, and genuinely fun people I have ever met. Every time I visit, I see Blair going above and beyond to make the residents happy and engaged. I've personally seen him singing, creating art, organizing games and activities, and helping make birthdays and other celebrations special. He has such a natural ability to bring energy and happiness into the room, and it's obvious that he truly cares about the people he works with. I actually plan some of my visits around when I know Blair will be there because I know Nana Baby Cakes and I are going to have a more fun and memorable time. Blair is an incredible asset to this facility, and I hope the management recognizes how much of a positive difference he makes in the lives of the residents and their families. Thank you, Blair, for everything you do!

My older brother is the type of guy who'd rather chew his own arm off than ask for help. So when he had a bad fall at work and ended up at Santé of Mesa for rehab, we all expected him to be miserable, grumpy, and counting down the seconds until he could leave. And honestly? He kinda was… until Blair Williams got involved.

Blair is the Life Enrichment Director, and I don't know how he does it, but he figured my brother out in like two days. He didn't treat him like some fragile old man—he joked with him, gave him a hard time, and made him feel like a normal person again. Even on the rough days when my brother was in pain or just over everything, Blair would swing by with a deck of cards or just sit and shoot the breeze. He never made it weird or pitying—just genuine. My brother went from wanting to hide in his room to actually joining painting sessions and trivia nights. I honestly think Blair's activities did just as much for his recovery as the physical therapy did.

The nursing staff is great, the place is clean, and the whole vibe is way more welcoming than I expected. But Blair really sets this place apart. He made a tough situation so much easier for my brother—and for our whole family.

Could not recommend Santé of Mesa more. If your loved one needs rehab, this is the spot.

My father came to Santé of Mesa for rehab after surgery, and honestly, we were worried about him getting depressed or bored. That changed the moment we met Blair Williams. He is the Life Enrichment Director, and he takes that title seriously- in the best ways.

Every single week, Blair has something fun going on. Taco Tuesday is a huge hit—my dad still talks about the setup with all the fixings. And Waffle Bowl Wednesday? Pure genius. It gave everyone something to look forward to, and you could see residents lighting up just walking into the dining room.

But what really impressed me is how Blair pays attention to everyone's energy level. On high-energy days, he's leading group games, bringing in musicians, or setting up painting sessions that get people laughing and competing. On low-energy days, he's just as present—sitting one-on-one with residents who need quiet company, doing puzzles, playing cards, or just having a conversation to keep their minds sharp and spirits up. He knows when to hype people up and when to dial it back, and that takes real skill.

The facility is clean, the nursing staff is kind and professional, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. But Blair is honestly the secret sauce. He treats every resident like they matter—because they do.

If you're looking for a rehab facility that actually cares about quality of life—not just physical recovery—this is it. I'd recommend Santé of Mesa to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Blair and the entire team for giving our family peace of mind.
