Sandia Vista Senior Living

Sandia Vista Senior Living is an independent senior living community located in the Northeast heights of Albuquerque, New Mexico, offering resort-style living for active seniors aged 55 and older.

The community features spacious apartments designed for seniors, with amenities including light housekeeping, same-day maintenance responses, and month-to-month contracts. All-day restaurant-style dining with over ten meal choices at each service, plus 24/7 snacks, is included in the monthly rate. All meals are approved by a certified dietitian and can be prepared heart-healthy upon request.

Sandia Vista organizes 40 to 50 on-site and off-site activities each week, coordinated by a full-time concierge. The community provides scheduled transportation for medical visits and group activities throughout the area. Residents have access to LifeLoop, a digital platform for browsing event calendars, signing up for activities, submitting maintenance requests, and messaging staff.

While designed for independence, the community can help residents connect with local service providers if additional support becomes needed. Sandia Vista is owned and operated by Stellar Senior Living, a family-owned network of senior living communities. The community does not accept Medicaid and is a private pay community.
