My dad Robert is a residents at this facility. The staff is great and Karina especially, she has a beautiful angelic personality she shows kindness and compassion in every erea of her job. My dad and I are more than grateful for the hospitality, care and love that Karina has put fourth 100%. I want to say thank you for making us feel like family. Karina went far beyond her duties and made it happen.

As a resident at San Jose Healthcare & Wellness Center, I’ve felt well cared for. The staff is kind and quick to help, and therapy is run with real skill. I also enjoy the activities and games—they make the day feel more normal.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Communication with families is excellent — we were always kept informed and any questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The therapy team is outstanding and played a huge role in recovery progress. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the residents. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this San Jose Skilled nursing facility. From the moment we walked in, Karina and the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The nurses are highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate — they treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

My experience with San Jose healthcare has been Wonderful all the staff is very nice. The activities Ladies are wonderful Keep them busy, especially Yeraldin She's very patient, treat the resident like Family, and motivate them To participate in activities she's very Friendly. The place looks spotless clean. The food smells great and looks great. I recommend this place to bring your love ones to get care at San Jose.
