My Mom always has complains about the long wait after pressing the call light. Also her heels are irritated due to the fact staff will not get her out of bed daily. She actually refuses at times . But she is there for rehab, staff should insist she keeps her mobility daily !!!

This facility provides a positive and supportive environment for residents. The staff is professional and compassionate, and it’s clear they care about providing high-quality care. The team works hard to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable space for everyone. Residents have access to a variety of activities and social opportunities, which helps create a sense of community. The staff is attentive and respectful, and they do a great job making sure residents feel valued and supported. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and well organized. It’s reassuring to see a facility where both the environment and the staff reflect a strong commitment to care and professionalism.
