My Mother was a recent rehab patient and was at Heritage for a month. She had a very positive experience there. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive and the OT/PT staff were excellent! Also, the nurses & CNA’s were great. Shout out to Dee 😊. Overall, a good experience.

CNA’s at night don’t check on the residents and let them sit for hours even if they have fallen and hit their heads. Then when asked about why my family was left alone for so long even though there is supposed to be “24/7 care” management just gives you the run around. They take no accountability.

Ridiculous. After a major surgery, my grandfather was sent here, developed pneumonia & had fluid building up around his lungs which was slowly suffocating him to death over the course of 3 days. His breathing was obviously awful & getting worse. He received little to no attention to his medical needs here until family noticed during a visit the severity of his condition & demanded an ambulance. The hospital said he was on death's door & wouldn't have survived the night if they hadn't brought him when they did. His lung had collapsed from the pressure of the fluid in his chest, & he was on a ventilator for weeks. It took over 2 months just to be able to have a conversation with him again. We will never trust this place again. Their carelessness almost killed him.
