Terrible facility . Dirty , ignorant unprofessional rude DON . I wouldn’t send a family here if they were the last facility on Gods green earth . Do not recommend .

My daughter’s father in law was there for a month…they finally took him to a cleaner more caring place. He was in the memory care the first thing you smell is urine the whole unit smells horrible..and if you want ice there is no ice machine that the health department would approve of, they have a nasty igloo cooler that they dip the ice out of..I really can’t believe they pass Stark county health rules. Looking at the residents is so sad..a new company took it over..the old St. Luke’s doesn’t exist. And the new owners should be ashamed.

I am extremely disappointed with the care and conditions at this nursing home. The environment was disgusting — there were ants all over the room, which is completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. On multiple occasions, I had to repeatedly ask the nursing staff for medications to be given on time. When I asked about medications, Barb rolled her eyes, sighed, and said, “I can’t keep up with this!” Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, especially toward someone depending on proper care and compassion. When I requested to speak with administration about these concerns, they failed to come out and speak with me. I waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever came out of the office to address the situation. That level of disregard and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Residents deserve a clean environment and respectful, attentive care. Unfortunately, this facility failed badly in both areas.

Please for the love of God, do not put your loved ones here. My grandmother has been here for a few months and every time I go here, the residents are out in the hallways; hunched over completely in wheelchairs, almost looking as if they’re about to fall out of them. I came last time to visit my grandmother and there was a man naked from the waist down in the hallway, a blanket barely covering his genitalia. Where is your decency with your patient and respect for their privacy? My grandmother’s things have been stolen. We bought her socks and underwear less than 2 months ago, and they’re all gone. They could care less. All they care about is money, not your loved ones. I see how they treat them when you’re not there.
