I have a client that lives here and seeing how they changed everything yet still kept some of the “antique construction” makes a big difference! Very nice, clean and maintenance are ALWAYS on top of their work.

An acquaintance of mine currently resides at the Oxford Place senior apartment complex; and it is quite an impressive facility! The arrangement setup in the common areas are lovely and well-maintained.<br>It appears the blueprint drafting for conversion of the former school building into a modern, state-of-the art facility was well thought-out… to even include provisions and accessibility for residents with diminished physical capabilities.<br>The design concept also mindfully factored in and considered the aesthetics, ambience and atmosphere; which brings out a sense of safety, satisfaction, and security towards the tenants being a part of an embracing, supportive environment.<br>The community room, fitness center, laundry facilities, lounge areas, and media network hub are exceptional!<br>An elevator is also available and useful for everyone.<br>The 1-bedroom apartment on the third floor was surprisingly adequate in size, and is very beautiful with a charming tranquility.<br>The ability to reach a staff person at any given time is a reassuring added benefit.<br>I would be so thrilled to reside in this edifice; and sure to check here first, if a relocation need were to arise!

What has a lobby to just sit and grab? And even has a computer lab? Where can you cut and curl your hair? Get information on preventive care? The Superbowl? The Final Four? Two big screen TV's to explore? Clean clothes in comfort in the laundromat. With vending machines to provide a snack! Where neighbors are friendly - they smile and they speak. From the plain ordinary to the truly unique. The staff and the manager are helpful, informed, to solve any issues that can be transformed. There's so much to do any week, any day, to chase any blues or your troubles away. Play bingo, chair yoga, or belt out a tune, what a great way to spend an afternoon. Oh, but here comes the holidays and such a delight! Ms Teresa does her very best to excite! The walls and the hallways explode with decor, no one in the building could ask for much more. Be it Easter or Christmas or 4th of July, all the decorations bring tears to my eye. So with vendors and prizes and lunches and such, the apartments at Oxford Place offer so MUCH!

A year ago, I relocated to Oxford Place apartment building - after having resided in a large house for 20+ years. This was truly a quite different, unique and new experience for me. Since arriving here, I find my personal living space and environment to be very comfortable and pleasant. I am also very happy with the wonderful accommodations, included utilities and available amenities, such as the fitness center, laundry room, recreation room - with fun, thoughtful and useful planned group activities throughout the month for the residents. The building is equipped with an elevator is ADA compliant, and is clean, safe and secure. The location is in an area, with access to public transportation, nearby eateries and shopping establishments. The managing staff is amazing, and prompt in addressing and handling any concerns and issues overall. I find it a pleasant place to live, and I actually love it here. Sincerely Mareda Bivins Morris
