My sister is there now...I came to town to see her for 2 weeks. I was there every morning and stayed until 330pm. I don't know where to begin with this place... Staff should never have any down time to be on there phones or bs-ing at the nurses station. Press the nurse call button- most of the time you waited 15 mins plus for someone to come to the room. My sister was in a urine soaked bed with her urine soaked clothes for over 45 mins. If your nurse or aid is on break- you have to wait until they come back. UNREAL !! The cleaning staff does a less than par job...my sister was sitting at the table outside nurses station- she had wet herself..The urine was dried under her chair on the floor and cuddled under the table legs. There was still urine spot that wasn't mopped. The resident bathrooms STINK ! No soap in the bathroom soap dispenser. The trash can in her room didn't have a bag so I was throwing trash in the can. The cleaning person should be reprimanded for taking the trash out of the can and putting it all around the faucet in the bathroom. Disgusting and unsanitary ! No wonder my sister is always getting infections. I was at the airport yesterday- Majestic should hire those cleaning staff... I watched one lady at our gate- she did a very thorough job !!! Saw residents get there food- just set the tray down, remove the cover and walk away. Again I was there for 2 weeks straight... If the staff doesn't want to be bothered by the resident and their need for assistance they should seek employment elsewhere. They are being paid to do their job. I do have to give a shout out to Juliet-3rd floor and Steve- from BOTY..he'll know what that means. Juliet was one of the friendliest persons there. I took pictures but it doesn't give me option to apply them here. You wouldn't want to see them- If my sister is still there when I'm needed again by family...I will be there every day while in town and making notes and observing...You have to look out for your loved ones

Wonderful! The very best experiences especially my eye surgeries! I'll always recommend my Doctor, his Nurses, & Staff! It's the only way to be certain that you will always be treated with respect, professionalism,& sanitary surroundings plus efficiency! Can't imagine going to anyone else! Must also add their ER visits from personal experiences!

Wonderful facility and caring staff. From day 1 they have shown my husband care and compassion. He enjoys the meals, especially breakfast! Everyone we have come into contact with have been very helpful. From admissions, dietary, maintenance, nurses, cna's, business office and lobby reception, Everyone is there to help.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RELATIVES HERE! The food is absolutely disgusting, my mother does not bother to eat nor look at the food.. At first I thought it was just her complaining, but actually seeing it was scary! The staffing is horrible.
