Changed my review again. Prices have come down on lot rent and prices of the homes. New street lights and security gates add security.<br><br>The location of this community is a double edged sword. At night time police and the fire department race each other while hearing gun shots with our neighbors south and east of us. If only the houses were made out of brick.<br><br>The location is great for everything. If you can think of a location in the valley doesn't matter where it might be, you will get there up to 45 min faster than anyone you know. If your into Spring Training Baseball you have 2 in walking distance. I know you won't walk but you can get a golf cart and store it on your property.

Hi to all who read this.<br><br>It's the 10th year anniversary for me in October 2025.<br>During this time many changes in Management have been done. We, at least I have experienced lost of my rent check by the office and rude military style, not taken responsibility for damage on property, to this time when Tammy took over.<br>I am very happy with her as Manager of Sage Point as she is outstanding to manage this place to perfection and god forbid if ever we go back to before. I am also happy as I can see decorative lights , a trend I started as first home with lights in 2016 and rolling now over to many other properties. It gives a better feeling to come home seeing the lights.<br><br>I can only recommend this place to the highest for any new member to find this a home.<br><br>For critics:<br>Life is never perfect, let's work to make it better for all.

I was calling today to check for a place where my son and his new wife could park their mobile home and after days and days of research with really getting nowhere I finally got a hold of Lacey. Lacey was friendly went above and beyond in her job description to provide the information that was most beneficial for me. Today's customer service that I experienced with Lacey was the way customer service was meant to be.
