If your loved one needs memory care - do not move them into Saddlebrook. They will be completely ignored, live in deplorable, dirty conditions, and completely uncared for. They rely on hospice to care for your loved one, but hospice only visits a few days a week. Don’t even get me started on the weekend staff.

We moved my mother in law to a new facility after 8 months at Saddlebrook (we kept meeting with them and things would improve for a few days, but would return to deplorable within a week). We didn’t realize until after we moved her what good care was supposed to look like. Please, do not move your loved one to this facility if you care about them.
