Kevin Clark was superior in his attention to detail. He listened to what we wanted, and showed us apartments from which to choose that met our specifications. Epworth Villa is a beautiful, well maintained complex with amenities beyond expectation. I highly recommend a tour if you're ready to make a change.

Everyone was so nice at the front desk & helped me check in. I came to have lunch with one of your residents. We ate at the cafe & the food was wonderful. Our waitress was very helpful & made sure we had everything we needed. I heard so many nice things about your facility & about all the many classes you offer. Sounds like a fabulous place to live. I know my friend just loves it.

Our family had a very troubling experience with this skilled nursing facility. As a medical provider myself, I understand the challenges that skilled nursing facilities and providers face, and I am typically very supportive of the work they do. However, what we experienced here raised serious concerns. One of the most alarming issues was that essential medications, including insulin, were not available for nearly two days after admission. For a patient who requires consistent medication management, this created a very concerning and potentially dangerous situation. In addition, when assistance or information was requested, it often took hours to receive a response from staff. Communication with the care team was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers about our loved one’s care or condition. The situation became even more concerning after our family member had to be transferred to the emergency room. The facility initially told us they would hold the bed for three days. After that, we were told they would not accept her back, citing “noncompliance.” When we questioned this shortly afterward, the facility reversed course and said she could return, only to later refuse again, this time claiming it was due to an insurance issue. These shifting explanations created confusion and significant stress for our family at a time when our loved one needed stable care. I am very aware of federal nursing home regulations regarding medication management, hospital transfers, and readmissions. The repeated refusal, acceptance, and then refusal again—without clear justification—raises serious questions about compliance with these standards. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, our family will be consulting with legal counsel. Families considering this facility need to seriously reconsider.

I visited a friend for dinner at Epworth Village and I was impressed. The food was excellent. I had the grill salmon, baked potato , broccoli and chocolate cake and ice cream. My friend took me on a tour - all the amenities and the facilities were very impressive. The staff and people were very nice and pleasant to talk with. I can see why someone would want to live there.

Well. I can say therapy is good. The place looks nice. That's it. The nurses and staff are rude, no introduction, nothing, COLD personalities on all of them. They show they do not care.. I was there and her call light was on for over an hour. They didn't bother to check. I've never seen anything like this. Don't let the looks fool you. The wing we were on was shit. Nurses couldn't be bothered, they would try to find someone else. Bathroom was a mess for days. Gloves on the floor. Pure lazy.
