Place wouldn’t be so bad if it had better nursing, there are a few good ones but not many the one that I’m usually stuck having to deal with has the bedside manner of an axe Murderer Very, very rude disc, courteous, and demanding I’ve suffered a few different injuries as well as certain illnesses. I have anything wrong with me seems to be put on the back burner. I had to slip and fall and hurt my back. I had to wait a month for the medical attention. I could’ve gone and gotten myself. In one day, I was assaulted by another client damaging my wrist. I was made To wait two weeks to go out to the hospital and seek proper medical treatment and attention. It seems that whenever I need appropriate medical attention, I am on my own in that endeavor also, it is strongly discouraged for me too seek and schedule appointments with trusted doctors I’m not too worried about someone’s feelings in that regard my health comes first In my opinion of someone doesn’t like their job, they should probably find someone else to do it I should have absolutely no problem approaching staff in a Medical Center asking for your help and receiving a timely Manner The help I need I am writing this out of desperation again. I am in need of medical attention. I need small things in order to establish it small things like printing out a PDF. So that I can call these doctors numbers and schedule my own appointment again something that’s supposed to be done my staff, but I can’t even get the PDF to call on my own so the message I have for you if you enjoy pain and you like to suffer come to see for yourself. There is so much more negative dimension to this, but I Will end this here on second thought I have a little bit more to add it is apparently frowned upon as you approach corporate in regards to your treatment here if you speak up you will be reprimanded if you go to the state you will be reprimanded these actions are blatant and obvious Helen Keller herself can see the madness that rules the day here just as I had mentioned earlier it is an absolute circus here there is no ringleader though there are more than one responsible for the troubles here it is not just one person it is many Thanks and God Bless

We are an ice cream truck company, and we had a wonderful experience working with this nursing home. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Samantha, the administrator, was absolutely amazing to work with—very kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. She made the entire process easy and welcoming, and the residents and staff were a joy to serve. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work together and look forward to many more events in the future. Highly recommended!
