Would give negative stars if I could. They let Bridget take over and she ran that place into the ground. She lied about how a family member was being cared for, swept things under the rug, was so rude to us and the staff, and doesn’t care about complaints we made about neglect. Hasn’t been the same since. They have a new admin now and it still hasn’t come back to life since they let Bridget ruin it. DO NOT send anyone here. Even the staff hate it and make reports to APS.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place killed my father. The care is TERRIBLE. He was in there not 5 days and got sepsis and when my sister went to see him, he was dying in his bed. The nurses ignored his pain and the obvious signs of pus and blood in his urine bag- and said "oh he doesn't feel like going to dinner". What?!? This happened twice in 5 weeks. He spent more time in hospital than he ever did in the place. And once he died - they kept charging us for his medicine (two months post death), and for the room because we left a chest in there. Do not put anyone you love in this place.

I’ve had a number of disappointments in the care of my beautiful grandmother since she moved into this lack of assistance - living. In the past 48 hours all has went from horrible to unacceptable. When the days of hospice intel begging over and over for help and saying you’re in pain with zero changes, there is a MAJOR problem for a 90 year old that cannot express things for herself.<br>I attempted to use my voice after being given lies and contradicting statements from a Chaplin , hospice nurse then head nurse ( Tiffany)<br>The people we should be able to count on in this times.<br>Tiffany took the cake by reprimands for requesting my hospice nurse’s phone number and the proper pain meds as I was promised “immediately “ by said nurse. As my granny begs for help.<br><br>The handling of granny, the disregard, discomfort and the disrespect for a human being doesn’t get much worse.<br>I hope they never have to experience the pain my grandmother has. I wish I could take it all away.

Great home for Mom. Caregivers are knowledgeable, loving to all residents (and family members). Daily activities keep residents interactive. Well kept, beautifully decorated building. We as a family can be assured Mom is provided the needed care that we couldn’t offer in home.
