Home health aid Blanca states I have to speak Spanish she took my laundry and she stated she was bored so she took my son also when I didn’t ask her t to wash it and stated I made her do it she called the agency every minute if I ask her to dry the shower she didn’t cook me breakfast or lunch or dinner when Lydia came in for the assessment, I explained to her how the case was, and she said that she could do the case, but because of the fact that I complained, and I sent the aid home for sleeping, she decided not to take the case anymore because I said I was going to report her to the border nursing because the aid was being abusive by stating I needed to speak Spanish to her

They are wonderful! From the very beginning they have shown professionalism and caring. They made sure that all my mom’s needs are met and handle her with care and compassion.
