Royal Arms Adult Family Home is truly a loving home for your family member. Betsy and her staff provide excellent care far superior to any other our family has experienced. The home is cozy, loving and carries a happy positive vibe that echos throughout the home and residents. Betsy’s example of gentle, compassionate and loving care has been replicated by her staff. Not only is the staff attentive, but they anticipate the needs and safety for the residents. There is joyful interaction with each resident and a family connection between the staff and residents. The home is impeccable kept and the meals are homemade. If you are looking for someone to provide superior care for your family member this is your place. The abilities of Betsy and her staff are greater than what our family could provide. We have experienced and looked at many places, but this was home from the moment we saw Betsy’s heart for caring in her radiant smile. I have no worries that our loved one is safe and happy (for the first time) since the loss of her husband. I sleep peacefully knowing our loved one is in their care.

We could not be more grateful for the exceptional care my father receives at this Royal Arms AFH. The caregivers are truly wonderful—loving, attentive, and deeply compassionate. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this is a clean, caring, and welcoming home where residents are treated with dignity and respect. They are proactive in making sure my father is getting exactly the care he needs, and their attention to detail is remarkable—from dentures and nail care to his overall comfort and well-being. Nothing is overlooked. They genuinely want their residents to feel at home, happy, and loved, and it shows in everything they do. What stands out most is their commitment to quality of life. They encourage residents to stay engaged, offer positive interactions throughout the day, and make a real effort to keep them out of their rooms and involved in daily life. They also go above and beyond to accommodate individual needs and preferences, always with kindness and patience. Knowing my father is in such capable, compassionate hands gives our family incredible peace of mind. This home is not just a place of care—it is a place of heart. I cannot recommend Royal Arms AFH highly enough.

I would like to recommend Royal arms adult family home to all who want exceptional care for their loved ones. I had my mother and father there for several years on our way to heaven. There care was far more than to be expected. Mr Wilson and Miss Betsy are loved just like my family. They love their tenants with all their hearts. Royal arms is very experienced with the medical care and needs of each of their patients. The food is very good. They also have a lot of fun energetic activities to keep everyone moving .Please move your loved ones there they are the best in the Puget Sound. with warm regards Mike D.
