My Aunt was admitted to the facility we paid the $7107.00 to move in, I was shown 2 rooms on the second floor but she was place in a room on the 1st floor, it was vacuumed but the walls look dirty and the carpet had a stain on it. I bought her a bed , a tv, clothes for her to wear, and other things my aunt would need, my aunt came into the facility from the hospital and decided she was leaving, however I was with her. The administrator called me while I was out with my aunt trying to settle her down and told me my aunt was a runner and a liability to the facility and she couldn't stay this was on a Friday afternoon she has no other place to go to and I had to rent my aunt a hotel room for a couple of day until i can find her somewhereelse to live., this is a personal care residence, these women come and go as they please which is a liability, but they can stay? I was so excited for my aunt to be in a safe place and even willing to over look the room's condition. So disappointed. Yes the facility will refund my money but where does my aunt live and where do I store her property? I can't get back up to the facility to get her item because I had get her a place to stay, she doesn't have her medicine as the PCA administer the medication.
