I started with Rosie’a a couple weeks ago. I met with Thomas for an intake. I told him my needs and when I need someone here. He said no problem we can do that. Then I deal with Rhoda who does the scheduling. She sent me two different caregivers. They said they did something that they never actually did, she broke my mop without telling me and left all the lights on after I asked her if they were all shut off and she replied yes. I go downstairs and all the lights on. I’m upstairs so they are downstairs playing on their phone claiming they did stuff they didn’t do. Rhoda is very pushy. This company is all about money. Never have I worked with an agency like this before. For days, I told Rhoda that I needed someone every other day for 4 hours. They are trying to push for more hours and more days. They don’t care about their clients. All they care about is money. Rhoda has been extremely rude to me and said she was going to put me on a waitlist just because I don’t have enough work to have someone here for 6 hours every other day so they waitlisted me because I don’t need someone here for 6 hours. She said talk to them. They do companionship as well I don’t want to have entertain someone for 2 hours just so they can get paid. I tried having a conversation with the girl that was here yesterday and they don’t talk. I am extremely disappointed in this company. Just because I won’t have someone here for 6 hours and do nothing just so they get paid. They claim they are flexible. They said we can do hourly or weekly. Well that’s not the case. That is a lie. They care more about money then their clients. I had a girl for two days and she did nothing. I would absolutely not recommend this agency. I have worked with a few different agencies and NEVER have I come across this kind of behavior from a company before. If you need 6 hours they will help you. If they don’t they put you on a waitlist when I know they have girls. They are the definition of bad business. Who wants to work with a pushy company that lies and is obviously all about money. I had two girls. Both did nothing but break my mop and increased my electric bill. Awful awful business. Oh and not to mention Rhoda blocked me after she said she would waitlist me and I stood up for myself. She didn’t like that very much I get. It’s there way or no way.
