Havenwood-Heritage Heights

Havenwood-Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community in Concord, New Hampshire, offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. The community comprises two campuses located one mile apart off I-393, minutes from downtown Concord and within an hour of the beach and mountains.

The community spans 48 acres and features garden-style cottages, a Health Services Center with skilled nursing staff, and a Fitness & Wellness program designed to help residents maintain their health and independence as they age. Independent living residents enjoy the benefits of the retirement community without home maintenance responsibilities, while assisted living provides extra support for those who need it. Twenty-four-hour skilled nursing care is available for short-term and long-term needs.

Havenwood-Heritage Heights offers an extensive calendar of activities and events, including Lunch & Learns, resident-organized programs, and community gatherings. Residents participate in activities ranging from Readers Theater and film discussions to hiking outings, bocce tournaments, and table tennis competitions.
