Heritage Heights

Havenwood Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community in Concord, New Hampshire, offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. The community spans 48 acres on two campuses located one mile apart off I-393, about ten minutes from downtown Concord, with the beach and mountains within an hour's drive.

The community provides independent living without home maintenance responsibilities, assisted living with extra support for those maintaining independence, and 24/7 access to skilled nursing care services. Residents have access to fitness and wellness programs and a Health Services Center with skilled staff to help maintain health and independence as they age.

Havenwood Heritage Heights offers an active social calendar filled with resident events, Lunch & Learns, open houses, and community-wide activities. Programming includes vision support groups, readers theater, film and discussion clubs, bingo, hiking outings, bocce tournaments, table tennis competitions, fire pit socials, and gardening activities. The community hosts events open to the greater Concord area and has hosted the historic New Hampshire Senior Games.

The setting includes garden-style cottages, an award-winning Main Street with a 360-degree gallery, a sports complex, resident gardens, and beautifully maintained grounds. Residents participate in volunteer opportunities, including dementia training, and have access to an on-site library. The community is located near the Merrimack Floodplain Forest and its All Persons Trail.
