Took a tour tot see if they would be a good fit for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. Was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. But what really made a difference was all the Caregivers I encountered were either smiling, laughing or engaging with a resident.

This corporation only cares about making money. They have no empathy for the elderly. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t put my dog in this place!!
