The therapy team at Roosevelt is stellar! The Director of Rehab, Nicole Lester is phenominal, a terrific leader of her team and will help you achieve your rehab goals.

I would give 0 stars if I could. There is not one person in that place that cares about your loved ones and the director has no interest in fixing the problems. I’ve seen urine left on the floor because the aides didn’t tell the maintenance staff. My loved one was left in dirty bedding after a haircut. Personal items have gone missing although I was at least reimbursed for missing clothing. High staff turnover. He was treated like a number not a person. You basically have to beg and complain for them to do basic things like shave their beard or send them to the barber that is literally inside the facility. I’ve had to complain about him being properly cleaned. His nails and hair were so filthy. They don’t even do the basic minimum required standards unless a family member complains. This facility will hopefully be shut down one day but until then keep your loved one as far away as possible. I got my loved one out and he is so much better off. He is always clean including underneath his nails and hair and I didn’t even have to complain. His feet were so dirty and callused over when he got to the new place they took care of his feet on the second day and they looked beautiful and healthy again. What a difference! Please send your loved one to a place that cares- not Roosevelt Rehabilitation

This place was amazing and did a wonderful job with my grandfather. They were so polite and caring. The Admission Director Jennifer made it so easy to get him in and understand the whole process.

I can’t say enough good things about this center. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff really care about the residents and their families. A special thank you to Abby, the Administrator, who is always involved, responsive, and willing to address concerns. It’s clear she takes pride in the facility and works hard to make sure residents receive the best care possible. Joe, the Director of Nursing, genuinely cares about every resident and is actively involved in all aspects of their care. The second-floor Unit Manager also deserves recognition for providing outstanding customer service. She is attentive, kind, and always goes the extra mile to make residents and families feel heard and supported. The entire team creates a warm, caring environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one
