When my mother arrived at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge, she was at one of the lowest points in her life. She had been disabled and bedridden for months. After countless doctor visits, multiple hospitalizations, and a fall that resulted in broken bones, she was transferred to Roosevelt Care Center for rehabilitation. To be honest, we were terrified. Like many families, we had heard horror stories about nursing homes and rehab facilities. Leaving my mother in an unfamiliar place when she couldn’t stand or walk on her own was one of the hardest things I've had to do. Today, I can say with complete sincerity that Roosevelt Care Center exceeded every expectation we had. Not only did they keep my mother safe, they helped her heal. One of the most emotional moments of my life happened there when I watched my mother walk for the first time in months. It is a moment I will never forget. What impressed me most was that the exceptional care extended throughout the entire facility. From the front desk staff to the doctors, nurses, aides, therapists, social workers, housekeeping team, and all the way to the discharge coordinator, every interaction was marked by professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for my mother’s well-being. The staff treated my mother as a whole person. They addressed concerns that others had overlooked, took the time to understand her needs, and treated her with dignity, patience, and kindness every step of the way. They also went above and beyond in ways that made an enormous difference. When my mother was uncomfortable, they worked tirelessly to find solutions. When I was overwhelmed coordinating her upcoming surgery, they arranged lab work, communicated with her surgeon, and helped ensure everything was in place. For the first time in months, I felt like I had an entire team supporting both my mother and our family. I cannot fully express how grateful I am to the staff at Roosevelt Care Center. Their skill, kindness, and dedication helped restore my mother’s strength and confidence while giving our family much-needed peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. If you are facing the difficult decision of where to send a loved one for rehabilitation, I hope this review gives you some comfort. Roosevelt Care Center provided my mother with exceptional care, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of a rehabilitation facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Roosevelt Care Center for helping my mother regain her strength and for treating her with such compassion and respect. Our family will never forget it.

What a great experience my Mom had at Roosevelt!! The nursing staff, including the CNAs are top notch and really show a lot of care and compassion. I didn't have to worry about the care Mom received while I wasn't there.

Roosevelt Rehabilitation, Center is welcoming, everyone is friendly and tries very hard to take care of your family member. The building is spotless well taken care of ,the maintenance department responded quickly when we asked to change my aunt's bed. The rooms are well lit and clean The admissions department is wonderful Debbie Colamonico was amazing answering our questions regarding her health care. The unit secretary Pat McGarrell was helpful and knew how to get things done. The only drawback was that there is NO Bistro in the lobby at which you could buy coffee or snacks or small gift shop.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the physical therapy team at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. My husband received care here, and the level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment he began therapy, the staff made him feel comfortable, motivated, and supported every step of the way. The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They took the time to understand his needs, set realistic goals, and celebrate every milestone along the way. Their personalized approach helped him regain strength and confidence faster than we imagined. Beyond the therapy itself, the entire staff—from nurses to administrative team—treated us with kindness and respect, creating an environment that felt both welcoming and uplifting. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients’ progress and well-being Thank you Donna Capo!

From the moment I walked through the front doors of Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism, setting the tone for what continued to be an outstanding experience. The nursing staff was exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing the highest level of care. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care for the well-being of every resident. The facility itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to medical personnel, was friendly, courteous, and willing to help with anything my family member needed. Whether you're looking for long-term care or short-term rehabilitation, I would highly recommend Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge.
