the night nurse deb is always insanely mean to the residents and staff unsure of why management is letting her keep her job there. also admin debby is rude and doesn't care about the anything other than herself!! all of the other staff are amazing!! if those two get fired the place would be so much better!!

Rolling Green Village is driven by money, not care. Residents are neglected, families are ignored, and the only thing that seems to matter here is squeezing every dollar out of people while giving as little back as possible. The staff are clearly burned out, stretched too thin, and it shows — not because they don’t care as humans, but because management would rather save a buck than staff this place properly. The result? Residents waiting endlessly for help, needs pushed aside, and dignity thrown out the window. Rolling Green Village markets itself as a “community,” but in truth, it’s a business that runs on profit at the expense of both residents and employees.
