Prior to selecting Rockwall for my mothers long term care needs I had heard various review. However, after touring the facility and seeing all of the remodeling and upgrades I was thoroughly impressed. The facility was Oder free and the staff all seemed engaged with the patients. The admission process was simple and easy to understand and my mother has really enjoyed the environment.

In a blur of confusion and sadness having to place a parent in a nursing facility, I had a million unknowns and there were so many questions, places etc… after a few tries at others and myself being picky, this facility and staff had the biggest heart and most knowledge and so much love, happy employees, activities and went above and beyond from the very first moment. Sadie and the entire staff was willing to give knowledge and family support even if I didn’t chose them. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and facility. They truly make a difficult and sad decision a little easier.

My spouse which has dementia and Alzheimer's has only been here for week. I had to go out there to fill out paperwork with the business office and met with Stephanie. She made me feel like I do not have anything to worry about that she will take care of everything to do with the Medicaid part. She made me feel like a ton was lifted off my shoulder. Thumbs up to all the staff there at Rockwall nursing home. They were all so nice kudos to Stephanie, Sadie, Juan, and the med nurse. And whoever else that will over see for my spouse.

The Rockwall nursing home is outstanding, the staff is caring and loving. Miss Sadie makes sure that your patient is taking care of and she takes time to find the right care for them. I couldn’t be happier to have my sister in great hands as I live 1,000 miles away. I don’t have to worry about her care. Very well taken care of. Very grateful, Cynthia Van Horn

It was very difficult for us to put my father in a home, but Sadie has eased our minds with our decision to admit him to Rockwall Nursing Care Center. They agreed to letting us put a camera in his room. The staff has been very kind to him and have been very patient with us every time we call with a question. Sadie went out of her way to bring my dad an adapter so he could have his roku connected as well as his camera when the one we sent was not appropriate. My dad has actually started to walk better and is speaking a lot more than he was at home. I am especially thankful to Sadie and Vincent. I would have no problem recommending this facility.
