I am forever grateful for the care we received at Rockcastle Regional Hospital. During our three-day stay, every single staff member showed us nothing but kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to take care of my baby and to make sure we felt supported, reassured, and never alone during such an emotional and important time. The love and dedication from the nurses, doctors, and all staff truly made a difference for our family. I could not be more pleased with the service we received, and I will always be thankful for everything they did for my baby. Rockcastle Regional Hospital staff will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Never go to the ER at Rockcastle. They hire roaming doctors who don't care about the patient. Never go in before shift change you will sit there for hours waiting on the next doctor to come in before they see you because the doctor doesn't wanna start a new patient at the end of his shift. The ER doctors will spend two minutes in the room and not even touch the patient or do an assessment. You will never see the doctor again. They will send somebody else in to tell you there's nothing wrong. Throw you a prescription, because there's nothing wrong, and send you out

Best pediatric team for counties! Sarah and Callie never hesitate to listen to my concerns and offer multiple options for a resolution. The lab is very clean and Jason did an amazing job drawing my 5 year olds blood. My son gave him a 100/10 stars. Love this place and the friendly staff!

My mother was in the long term care and I can tell you that if you have a loved one on ventilator don't send here! My mother passed away in March of last year due to no one got to her in time and she bleed out from a ruptured artery in her neck. She had two bleeds before this and instead of putting her in ICU they left her in same room away from the desk where she had no chance. When I would visit and she would push her call button it took over hr before anyone came! They don't care for there patients at all, there was a couple nurses that my mother liked but other than that she always told me they didn't take very good care of the patients.
