I am actually a resident here and this place is a disaster we get nasty food and when we ring out for help Noone answers so you start hollering for help after an hour of laying here waiting and they yell at you for yelling there are fleas jumping around in here biting me itching me to death so I told them they just looked at me and walked away

nurse techs and nurses sit at the desk and gossip is front of family and everything about residents and other workers, who ever is running this place is running it in the ground. i don’t see anyone working when i come at night. its god awful. if you want your mom or father to be left all night long and not checked on this is the place. nasty as can be. they need real folks in here.

It’s a damn shame we can’t choose zero starts. My sister stays here and has been found unresponsive several times. I’m trying to best to get her out of there. She has bed sores and lays in her mess also her bipap machine stays broken all the time. This place needs shut down NOW!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because that is what they deserve. They performed absolutely zero oral care on my father leading to plaque buildup of at least an inch and a half as he is NPO, let him lay in his own mess even when he rang his call bell, never turned him which caused a pressure wound to form, tried to bully my mother into making him stay instead of leaving with hospice which screams Medicare Fraud and allowed an abdominal wound to dehisce when removing staples. If you love your family do not send them here. My dad rapidly declined in the EIGHT days he was admitted and I wish more than anything we would have went anywhere other than this sorry excuse of a facility.
