The staff are so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door! And the facility was very clean.

So despite the fact that I've been checking in on my 93 year old dad twice a day since he's been there, and despite the fact I've asked them most times to pull up him up in the bed at his request because he slides down and is quite tall, they called me tonight to tell me he slid out of bed into the floor. His room is literally three doors down from the nursing desk, and at this point I'm considering looking into what I have to do to to pursue medical neglect charges.

This place is far from suitable for those needing care, particularly the elderly. The staff provides minimal assistance, if any, and shows little concern for the well-being of their patients. I wouldn't suggest placing your loved ones in this home.

Cindy Hollis is a Awesome Administrator she deserves a raise.. she came in and really started making some changes for the better been here as a resident for almost 4 years now and the staff had changed through the time here, but they always show compassion to us! No place is going to be perfect, They are really trying their best to make sure that we as Residents feel at home.
