I cannot stress enough what a positive experience having my mother at Morning Pointe of Richmond has been. The staff worked diligently to integrate my mother into the community, and my mother constantly talks about how much she likes both her apartment and the staff. Morning Pointe of Richmond has a relatively small number of residents, which gives it a much more "homey" and personal feel than large assisted living facilities, and the staff makes the overall environment feel even more special with numerous activities and awesome holiday celebrations! Just an overall great facility with a caring and professional staff.

My family and I are very grateful for the care and compassion shown to our mom at Morning Pointe of Richmond. From our initial meeting with Cristy, we felt welcomed and reassured, and confident in our decision. The staff is attentive, kind, and treats all residents like family. They are patient, responsive, and go the extra mile to make sure our mom is comfortable and respected. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels warm and inviting. There are numerous activities that keep residents active and social, and the meals are thoughtful and well-prepared. We are at ease knowing our mom is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for every day.
